Please fill out the form below if you would like to use Swork's premises for a corporate event. Upon receipt, we will review your inquiry and either get back to you with an estimate or, should we need more answers, several additional follow-up questions. Before you fill out this form, please note our terms and conditions for booking a corporate event, as well as our cancellation policy, below the form.

A cleaning deposit of $500 in addition to the rental fee is required at time of booking.
Two Swork staff members must be present on site at all times during event.
All rental fees and deposits must be paid in full 24 hours in advance of event.
All outside vendors are required to show Certificates of Insurance before providing services on the premises.
Swork Coffee, property address, and property interior and exterior must be noted specifically within Certificate of Insurance.
A maximum number of 60 people are allowed in the premises at any given time.
Alcohol cannot be sold by vendors on the premises.
Cancellation Policy
In order to be refunded, cancellations need to be received three days in advance of reservation date. Cancellations received within three days of reservation date will receive no refund except for $500 cleaning fee deposit.
